The Flickers and transients are known in the form of surges and spikes. They are a common problem of power quality in a network such as (voltage flicker or variation).

Consequences of flickers and transitorys:

• Software problems and hardware problems.
•  They can cause damage to the equipment of an electrical network.
•  They are usually very difficult to detect because they occur over a very short period.

Solution to flickers and transitorys:

• Studies were made to verify the level of these problems in the network; and then offer solutions and remedy for them studying the electrical charges.
